Maintenance / Facilities

Need to request a repair? Please reach out to your hall/area office if you would like to submit a work order. The office will ensure that the work order is logged appropriately. If the office is closed and you need immediate assistance for an emergency, you may call Public Safety at 201-684-6666.

Programming Your Cable TV

In order to receive all of the available channels, some TVs have settings in their menus that you must fiddle with. Specific TV programming directions are available here.

If there is still a problem receiving cable, please submit a Service Request through Media. Be sure to include your name, phone number, and best time to contact you.

Recycling and Sustainability in the Residences

We are excited to provide the below information regarding Sustainability at Ramapo College:

Residence Life supports the College’s Mission to Sustainability.

On campus residents will receive messages at the beginning of each semester from their hall/area to let them know what the recycling pickup schedule will be for their suites.
