The Overlook Building Features

The Overlook is adjacent to the Padavano Commons, Student Center, Birch Tree Inn, The Atrium and Kameron Pond.

The Overlook houses 295 students and contains four person suites comprised of two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a sitting room.

• Common rooms are furnished with a couch, chair, end table, coffee table, and TV cart. Bedrooms have bed, mattress, wardrobe unit with shelf, and drawer storage, desk, desk chair, and over-desk storage for each resident.
• There are two access points to Overlook, One on the 1st floor and one on the 3rd floor.
• The Overlook has a boardwalk bridge to Scott Student Center area
• The Overlook Office, laundry room, trash/recycling room, vending machines and resident mailboxes are all found on the first floor.
• The first floor has an open lounge, game area, large screen TV (1st Floor), study rooms, and with adjacent dining/meeting rooms
• Each floor contains a common space lounge.
• Each bedroom door is accessed through a punch code assigned to each resident of the bedroom.
• The Overlook has summer storage for international students’ belongings.
• The Overlook is designated as dry (alcohol prohibited) regardless of age.

The Overlook residents are required to have meal plans.
